Check-in policy

  • Check-in time: 15:00
  • Check-out time: 11:00

Payment policy

  • In order to make a reservation a deposit of 40% of the total stay is required.
  • For one night stay, the full amount will be charged upon reservation.
  • For a non-refundable rate, the full amount of the stay will be charged upon reservation.
  • The full payment of the stay will be settled upon check-in.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival: no charge.
  • Cancellation 21 – 07 days prior to arrival: deposit charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 07 days prior to arrival or non-show: the full amount of reservation charge.
  • Early departure: 50% of the remaining stay.
  • No free cancellation is allowed for a non-refundable rate.

Ground Rules

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Pets allowed.
  • Adults only.
  • Breakfast is complimentary for hotel guests.

Airport Pickup

  • Airport pickup is complimentary for hotel guests.
  • Pickup time: 09:00 - 21:00.
  • Airport pickup is subject to availability of the shuttle.

Booking fees & taxes

  • VAT: included 13.00%
  • City Tax: included 0.50%
